MuscleBound (Non-Solo Version) MuscleBound is a candid journey of motivation, determination, sacrifice, and loss as we follow the life of Nick Gallo on a downward spiral over the course of one year. Nick is a newly married documentary filmmaker who fanatically makes a documentary on male body image issues by diving into the gym culture. Throughout the piece, the question of "how far would you go to get the body you've always dreamed of?" is constantly posed. Projection is used throughout the show to reveal Nick's filmed documentary. The footage depicts real interviews that the playwright captured first-hand of men openly discussing their thoughts on their bodies. As the documentary unfolds, Nick's perceptions of himself and the characters around him come to life.
